I engaged Andrew Nunn to sell my house. I was absolutely delighted with the results and my house actually sold for the asking price (something almost unheard of in the current market). Andrew's knowledge of the market is vast and we had many detailed conversations about price point, selling strategy and other related issues. Andrew is never too busy for these detailed and helpful conversations. He is supported by an excellent, high calibre and ultra professional team. I recommend Andrew Nunn and Associates highly.

Suzana, thank you for all your help, hard work and patience for the renovation of our three bedroom house. You were a huge help, always positive and willing. It made all the difference to us.

Mr/s D

We have used Andrew Nunn as our letting and managing agents for several years, after having used other agents previously.  Without any doubt, the service which we have received form Andrew Nunn and Suzana has been our best experience of managing agents.  Suzana has been tested in many challenging situations.  She has a patient, diligent and helpful approach which we have not found anywhere else.  Thank you Andrew Nunn

Mrs Diane Redding

I have only been with Andrew Nunn for 6 weeks now, but so far so very good. They let my property very quickly and to good tenants.

Dear Katherine

Many thanks, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your skilful and hard work you provided us for last year, and we wish you a very good 2016

Kind Regards

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:

Having lived in Chiswick for the last 36 years, my high expectations of Andrew Nunn & Associates were more than exceeded.

Top class service from valuation to completion with real local knowledge and expertise achieving a successful outcome in the shortest time period.

We will, of course, be recommending you to our many friends in W4 and anyone else who asks.

Thanks again.

PS Presume the ‘Sold’ sign will be appearing soon outside No 63…one last photo before we go.

Dear Suzana

Based on the service that we have received from you we would only say that the Gold Award is well deserved. Thank you and congratulations.

Joseph and Shirly

After three years of letting through Andrew Nunn I could not be happier with their service. Professional, helpfuI and caring, the team manages to think of landlord and tenant alike and keep everyone informed. All communication, paperwork, regular checks etc. are managed promptly and reliably. I continue to be a happy landlord!

Dear Mr Nunn

I felt I must formally write and thank you and your company in total for the helpful and friendly way you all approached the sale of my property in Ramillies Road.

Joanna Woods was a tower of friendly strength throughout so that the hassle was minimised for me while the whole process went exactly to schedule.

Thank you very much and I wish you all the best

Dear Andrew

I want to acknowledge the excellent service you have provided in the last few months in the sale of my property in Chiswick.

Speedy communication, sensible and thoughtful advice, reliable action, skilful negotiation – all totally professional.  I felt in safe hands and able to rely completely on your doing what you said you would do, promptly and to a high standard.  You were good at assessing matters such as buyer attitude and survey reports and, without making light of my feelings, you soothed the tensions which inevitably arose in the course of dealing with three sets of buyers.  Most importantly, you were always on my side, which in my experience is not always the case with estate agents.

Jo and Jessica provided an excellent service too.  They were always helpful, efficient, sympathetic during the few hiccups that occurred and above all, friendly.

Please feel free to contact me for a reference at any time.

With best wishes.

Dear Andrew and Jo

Thank you for everything that you have helped with in terms of the sale of the flat. Your help has been much appreciated especially as I am out the country. I am very pleased that I chose your agency and you are an asset to Chiswick.

I hope that you both have a very good, peaceful Christmas.

We didn't have a second's regret that we'd chosen Andrew as the agent for our sale.  He was supportive, professional and attentive throughout, and made the whole ghastly business of selling and buying as bearable as it could be.  The brochure he produced was terrific and got a lot of interest - and serious offers - quickly, and he was really helpful during the whole process, keeping in constant touch and combining informativeness with informality.  It was particularly good to have someone who knows the local housing market so well and was in a position to advise us on our prospective purchase as well as the sale, and on movements in demand and prices.  I'd thoroughly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in Chiswick.

I recently bought a flat in Chiswick through Andrew Nunn & Associates, working with Jessica throughout. Although it turned out to be a relatively complicated purchase, my experience with Jessica was first class. Although it is, of course, the sellers who pay the estate agents' fee, as a buyer I always had an excellent sense of customer service . Jessica was consistently positive, proactive and helpful and she always went the extra mile in helping to expedite matters. I dealt with many estate agents during my search and Jessica was by far the best of them. She is a credit to her company and I have no hesitation in recommending her and Andrew Nunn & Associates to anyone looking to buy or sell in Chiswick.

Andrew Nunn & Associates provided a fault-less service in the letting of my Chiswick house recently. The tenants they found were professional with excellent references/background - right on spec. Communication throughout the process was timely and clear. Unlike some of these types of transactions the whole thing went very smoothly.

Working with Katherine @ Andrew Nunn & Associates has been fantastic. She worked hard to get our offer accepted on a competitive property, and throughout the entire process, has been exceptionally clear in how things work, and what our expectations should be.

We've worked with several other competing estate agents over the years, and Katherine and her colleagues have been exceptional on all levels. From phoning the office (you get straight through to a person), to asking for help/clarity, to expediting the processing of our application - 5 star service all the time.

Thanks Katherine!

Dear Andrew. We just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for all your hard work securing the sale. It's certainly been 'a journey' as they say and your advice and patience throughout the whole process has been invaluable.  We couldn't have done it without you , and Andrew I think you've earned more brownie points than anyone else over the past ... cough cough months!

Thanks again ! Much appreciated

Andrew. I just called to talk directly but I think you’re busy today. Just wanted to say thank you very much for your work on our flat and the ease with which you closed out the negotiations with the buyer at such a good price.  You were streets ahead of the other agents and it is much appreciated.

Thank you,

The lettings department of Andrew Nunn and Associates has through the years provided a professional and honest service when letting my properties.  The benefit of having a small agency with local expertise means that their service is tailored to the area and they have a personal interest in letting my properties.

I believe that they treat both professional and private landlords with the same level of service. When organising viewings, they successfully pre-select potential tenants for the property they are specifically looking for and thus it takes fewer viewings to find the right tenant.    Once tenants are found, the paperwork received is kept to the minimum and the process is made simple by their friendly and efficient staff.  Through the tenancy, they manage to maintain a professional level of communication between tenants and landlords and any requests made are always considered and if necessary, taken care of.

Andrew Nunn have been letting and managing our property in Chiswick for a number of years. They provide a friendly yet highly professional and efficient service - by far the best in our experience . . . and we have tried a number of letting agents in the area. It is reassuring to deal with an independent agent, who specialises in the local area and is able to advise us well. Their in-depth local knowledge also means they are able to recommend some excellent local contractors, who provide a good service at reasonable prices. Feedback from our tenants is also very positive. We are delighted to have found them and would highly recommend them as letting / managing agents.

Andrew Nunn, Jessica and Julien are very professional people and a great team: it was a pleasure to deal with them. They are expert, honest, straightforward and hard-working. They gave us good professional advice based on exceptional local knowledge, supervised the whole process of the sale most efficiently from start to finish and reduced our stress to a manageable level! We wholeheartedly recommend Andrew and his team.
